Live Validation in a fun way

The clever nvh engineer always has a bundle of zip ties with him, even in the mountains. They saved my day....

🤓
Zip straps saved my day as I lost a buckle from my ski boot during the approach.
🥾 I made two out of several bands.
📈 The test at 65 km/h in the peak, over a distance of 6 km and with a load of 63 kg showed that both “clamping buckles” were positive.
Validation completed, the alternative shoe buckle variant can be produced in series 🏭.
💰 To reduce costs it would be possible to optimize to a single fastener.
However, due to the risks (health comes first 🖤), I would stay with the oversized option next time.

🐒Ps. Thanks to being a bit persistent I managed to retrace my steps and found the original buckle.
