nvh measurements of heat pumps

I’m on Youtube and took part in a heat pump battle, for noise levels too….

I performed in front of the cameras again and I am slowly starting to like it. I carried out noise measurements for two heat pumps and discussed the results. The Youtube channel "izziinstalacje" already has 70k viewers and 18M views.

The task was to subjectively listen to and measure the sound pressure levels of two heat pumps, in the same configurations in a semi-detached building. The two dwellings and all installations and lengths are mirror images. The difference is in the manufacturers and pump types, but for the given conditions in the measurements and specifications were comparable.

Both installations were carried out by Krzysztof Nikisz of Ecointegrator. He also prepared both pumps for testing.

I invite you to watch the video on the Youtube channel #izziiinstalacje #Pojedynek pomp ciepła!! NOKAUT w pierwszej rundzie??

To sum up what is in the video I would joke that the sound from the iZZiFAST pump is suitable for listening to before falling asleep 💚 because the sound of the fan is balanced, subdued and above all quiet.

Intuitive creative process vs algorithms

🥱 Bored with “Lean” and “Six Sigma” – methods common in Automotive, I was looking for knowledge on how to approach problem solving innovatively. Methodological optimization and “nibbling” percentages is not always the right solution, when it’s begging to be “turned upside down”. My creative approach in problem solving was ‘somehow’ intuitive, based on ‘some’ experience, being ‘somehow’ more open to solutions and ‘somehow’ having flashes of ideas. Often this approach led me to come up with ‘some’ solution. However, I was also often left with an idea and the thought “what next?”.
